Because our products are handmade and for personal use, we don’t offer exchanges or returns. Please review ingredient lists carefully to avoid any allergy issues—your safety matters! All sales are final, but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours. Send us photos, your name, and your order number, and we’ll fix things immediately!
